SLA printing - the highest level of detail thanks to the use of Elastic Resin 50A

Elastic Resin 50A is well known as the ultimate material to use for flexible and durable SLA printing. It offers an incredible 160% elongation with a tear strength of 19.1 kN/m at a hardness of 50 Shore A, comparable to bath silicone.

This translucent resin is ideal for replacing silicone prototypes and silicon parts. It allows curved, stretched and durable 3D printed elements to emerge without cracking. Elastic 50A Resin opens up a wide range of applications including fashion accessories, medical models, robotic compatible modules and special accessories.

For highly detailed prints, a resolution of up to 100 microns can be achieved. This is impressively demonstrated on this miniature Better Basics labware squeaky duck printed on our SLA printer.
