KNAUER
Knauer Wissenschaftliche Geräte GmbH (Knauer Scientific Instruments), also known as KNAUER, is a German manufacturer of laboratory measuring instruments for use in analysis and purification. KNAUER is a medium-sized, family-owned and -operated company headquartered in Berlin, Germany. The company was founded in 1962 by Herbert Knauer. The management is now in the hands of the second generation.
The entire range of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) equipment, including the associated software solutions, is manufactured and marketed. The product range also includes HPLC columns for a wide range of analytical and preparative applications. In addition, osmometers for applications in the fields of chemistry and medicine are included in the product range. The company has published a comprehensive book. The book describes detailed working methods in the field of HPLC.
