Together with Berner International, a leading manufacturer of biosafety cabinets, we investigated how our organisation systems SmartRack, SmartRail and SmartEdge can be integrated into biosafety cabinets.

The airflow visualisation tests carried out in Berner’s test laboratory show a clear result: Our integrated organisation systems support a tidy, safe and more efficient workspace directly inside the cabinet.

The key findings at a glance:

✔ good accessibility and a well-structured arrangement of required materials
✔ no smoke leakage detected at the front opening
✔ personnel protection not impaired by the organisation system

For everyday laboratory work, this means:
Consumables remain exactly where they are needed. Workspaces can be organised more clearly. Workflows are supported more efficiently — without compromising the key protective functions of the biosafety cabinet.
