SmartRail ME 001
The SmartRail 300 ME 001 has been specially developed for use on MERCI laboratory furniture, particularly media carriers and laboratory workbenches with shelves. The design consists of a black anodised aluminium groove rail and side brackets made of PA12 and stainless steel, which have a robust screw clamp to ensure stable mounting on Köttermann shelves. The versatile SmartRail allows for flexible placement options in the laboratory. A larger number of SmartRails offers a wide range of options for module placement and allows the laboratory environment to be individually adapted to specific requirements. All SmartRack® modules are fully compatible with the SmartRail.

SmartRail Wallmount
SmartRail WM 001
The SmartRail WM 001 is an innovative solution for the effective organisation of laboratory workstations. This specially developed nut rail is made of anodised black aluminium and is designed to be securely mounted on walls or vertical surfaces using screws. At the ends (or, if necessary, in the middle of the rail) there are screw holders made of PA12, through which two screws are inserted to securely fix the rail in place.
As the type and length of the screws used depend on the nature of the substrate, the length of the rail and the planned configuration with SmartRack® mounting modules, please let us know the desired rail length, the material of the substrate and the type and extent of the planned rail use. This will enable us to ensure that the fastening is optimally tailored to your individual requirements.

The SmartRail WM 001 is compatible with all modules in the SmartRack® product family and allows flexible and individual placement of these modules within the slot rail. This solution not only frees up valuable space in the laboratory, but also significantly increases organisation and efficiency. The SmartRail WM 001 is available in various lengths.

SmartRail MB 001
The SmartRail MB 001 has been specially developed for use on laboratory furniture with standard 12 mm or 13 mm stand systems. The design consists of a black anodised aluminium nut rail and side brackets made of PA12 and stainless steel, which are equipped with a sturdy screw clamp to ensure stable mounting on the stand system. The versatile SmartRail allows for flexible placement options in the laboratory. A larger number of SmartRails offers a wide range of options for module placement and allows the laboratory environment to be individually adapted to specific requirements. All SmartRack® modules are fully compatible with the SmartRail.

SmartFrame Universal Solution for 12 mm or 13 mm Standard Retort Stand Rods
SmartFrame elite MB 001
The SmartFrame classic MB 001 is designed for use in fume hoods. It consists of an aluminium frame with a black epoxy-polyester based powder coating. The SmartFrame can be mounted on standard 12mm or 13mm lab stand system using PA12 brackets on the rear. This allows it to be mounted close to the back of the fume hood, free-standing in the fume hood or on the laboratory bench using a lab stand system, depending on the application. (NOTE: lab stand system rods are not included) Every third slot rail bracket on both sides of the SmartFrame classic has a recess at the front to make it easier to align the slot rails horizontally. All modules are fully compatible with this SmartFrame. The SmartFrame classic consists of the following components
