SmartFrame for BERNER safety cabinets
SmartFrame mini BE 001
The SmartFrame mini BE 001 was developed for use in laboratory safety cabinets. It consists of an aluminium frame with a black epoxy-polyester-based powder coating. The SmartFrame is mounted on the side wall of the laboratory safety cabinet using the separately available wall mounting bracket for SmartRack®/SmartFrame classic or primus mini (item no. 01617). In the case of retrofitting, the necessary replacement of the side window of the laboratory safety cabinet is carried out by the manufacturer. For new orders, the modified side panel is installed ex works. Every third slot rail mount on both sides of the SmartFrame classic mini has a recess on the front, which facilitates the horizontal alignment of the slot rails. All SmartRack® modules are fully compatible with the SmartFrame. The SmartFrame classic mini includes the following components:

3 x nut rails with handles

SmartEdge for BERNER safety cabinets
SmartEdge BE 001
The SmartEdge elite BE 001 was developed for use in laboratory safety cabinets. It consists of two stainless steel L-profiles into which the anodised aluminium nut rails can be hooked. Every third groove rail holder on both sides of the SmartEdge elite has a recess on the front, which facilitates the horizontal alignment of the groove rails. In the event of retrofitting, the necessary replacement of the side pane of the laboratory safety cabinet is carried out by the manufacturer. For new orders, the modified side pane is installed ex works. All SmartRack® modules are fully compatible with the SmartEdge. The SmartEdge elite comprises the following components:
2 x stainless steel L-profiles
3 x mini groove rails, each with two side handles
8 x glass feed-through sleeve segments
4 x sets of fastening materials (consisting of screw, washer and nut) for installation

SmartRail for BERNER safety cabinets
SmartRail BE 001
The SmartRail BE 001 was developed for use in laboratory safety cabinets. It consists of two stainless steel groove rail supports that are attached to the side panels of the laboratory safety cabinet with screws. The six anodised aluminium groove rails are firmly connected to the two groove rail supports. All modules of the SmartRack® product family can be freely positioned in the groove rails, each with a width of 380 mm. In the event of retrofitting, the necessary replacement of the side panel of the laboratory safety cabinet is carried out by the manufacturer. For new orders, the modified side panel is installed ex works.
The SmartRail BE 001 comprises the following components:
2 x stainless steel groove rail supports
6 x permanently installed groove rails
8 x glass feed-through sleeve segments
4 x sets of fastening materials (consisting of screw, washer and nut) for installation

Wall mount for Berner safety cabinets
SmartRack®/SmartFrame classic or primus mini
The wall mount is designed for attaching the SmartRack® or SmartFrame to a rear wall or panel.
The wall mounting kit for SmartRack® or SmartFrame contains the following components:
4 x mounting brackets, two of which have locks
1 x mounting kit
CAUTION: Please ensure that the wall or panel is stable enough to support the entire weight of the SmartRack® or SmartFrame, including modules and equipment.
The wall mount is compatible with the SmartRack® and SmartFrame.
