SmartRail WM 001
The SmartRail WM 001 is an innovative solution for the effective organization of laboratory workspaces. This specially designed slot rail is made of black anodised aluminium and is intended for secure mounting on walls or vertical surfaces using screws. At the ends (or possibly in the middle of the rail), there are screw mounts made of PA12 and possibly stainless steel, through which two screws are used to ensure stable fixation of the rail.
Since the type and length of screws depend on the nature of the surface, the length of the rail, and the planned use of SmartRack® mounting modules, we kindly ask you to provide us with the desired rail length, the material of the surface, and the type and extent of the planned rail usage. This ensures that the mounting is optimally tailored to your specific requirements.
Components of the SmartRail WM 001:
- Anodised aluminium slot rail
- Two or more sets of mounting materials (consisting of PA12 and possibly stainless steel screw mounts, as well as appropriate mounting hardware) for installation
The SmartRail WM 001 is compatible with all modules of the SmartRack® product family, allowing for flexible and customizable placement of these modules within the slot rail. This solution not only frees up valuable space in the laboratory but also significantly enhances organization and efficiency.

SmartRail MB 001
The SmartRail 300 MB 001 has been specifically developed for use with laboratory furniture featuring stand rod systems of 12 mm or 13 mm. The design consists of a black anodised aluminium slot rail and side brackets made of PA12 and stainless steel, equipped with a sturdy screw clamp to ensure stable mounting on the support system. The versatile SmartRail offers flexible placement options in the laboratory. A larger number of SmartRail provides various module placement options and allows the laboratory environment to be tailored to specific requirements. All SmartRack® modules are fully compatible with SmartRail.

SmartFrame Universal Solution for 12 mm or 13 mm Standard Retort Stand Rods
SmartFrame elite MB 001
The SmartFrame elite MB 001 was developed for use in laboratory fume cupboards. It consists of a polished stainless steel frame. The SmartFrame can be attached to 12 mm or 13 mm standard tripod rods using PA12 brackets on the rear. Depending on the type of use, this allows installation close to the rear wall of the laboratory fume cupboard or free-standing in the laboratory fume cupboard or on the laboratory table using a laboratory stand system. (NOTE: Stand rods not included in delivery) Every third groove rail mount on both sides of the SmartFrame elite has a recess on the front, which facilitates horizontal alignment of the groove rails. All modules are fully compatible with this SmartFrame. The SmartFrame elite includes the following components:
• 1 x frame
• 3 x nut rails with handles
• 3 x universal brackets for tripod rods made of PA12
The SmartFrame elite MB 001 can be used on tripod structures both in the fume cupboard and on the workbench.

SmartFrame all over solution elite VESA 100
SmartFrame elite VESA 100
The SmartFrame elite Vesa 100 allows you to mount a SmartFrame elite on a VESA 100 mount. It consists of a polished stainless steel frame. The SmartFrame elite can be attached to the VESA 100 mount using screws. (NOTE: VESA 100 mount not included) Every third slot rail bracket on either side of the SmartFrame elite has a recess at the front to make it easier to align the slotted rails horizontally. All modules are fully compatible with SmartFrame. The SmartFrame elite consists of the following components

- 3 x slot rails with handles
The SmartFrame elite Vesa 100 can be used on VESA 100 mounts both in the fume hood and on the workbench.
